摘　　要：高职建筑钢结构专业校内实训基地应按照建筑钢结构工程技术专业建设的要求,对应学生工作岗位的需求,结合实践教学模式需要,设立典型的实训项目,充分激发学生的实践创新能力,为学生零距离就业奠定基础。文章针对高职钢结构专业实践教学模式和校内实训基地建设进行了探讨,阐明了钢结构实践教学模式及校内实训基地建设的改革方向。The training base of architectural steel structure majors in higher vocational colleges should be in accordance with the construction of steel structure engineering requirements. According to the requirement of the practice teaching model, the students should work in the corresponding demand, typical training project should be set up, which can fully stimulate students＇ practice and innovation ability, paving the way for the students to achieve zero distance employment. The practice teaching model and training base construction of steel structure specialty of higher vocational education are discussed, expounding the direction of the reform.
