两种形式的护理查房在护士核心能力培训中的效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨两种形式的护理查房（三级护理查房与个案护理查房）在呼吸科护士核心能力培训中的应用效果,以有效提高护士的核心能力。方法选取呼吸科22名护士为研究对象,2012年1-12月为培训前组,2013年1-12月为培训后组。培训前组采用传统护理查房,培训后组采用两种形式的护理查房。培训前后对护士进行理论考核及护士临床综合能力评定,比较两组的考核及评定结果。结果经两种形式的护理查房培训后,护士的专科理论知识、临床综合能力及护理质量均比培训前明显提高（P〈0.05）,且护士对呼吸护理专项核心技术的掌握率明显提高（P〈0.05）。结论两种形式的护理查房可以提高呼吸科护士的核心能力。Objective To discuss the application effect of two kinds of nursing round （three level nursing round and case nursing round） in core competence training for nurse in department of respiration to effectively improve compe-tence training of nurse. Methods 22 nurses were selected as research objects,from January to December 2012 was se-lected as before training group while from January to December 2012 was selected as after training group.Before train-ing group was given the traditional nursing round while after training group was given two kinds of nursing round.Theo-retical assessment was conducted and clinical comprehensive ability was evaluated in nurses before and after training. Assessment and evaluation results btween two groups was compared respectively. Results After two kinds of nursing round,the specialist knowledge,clinical comprehensive ability and nursing quality of nurses was significantly higher than that of before training （P〈0.05）.The nurse’s mastery rate of the special core technology of respiratory nursing was signif-icantly improved （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Two kinds of nursing round can improve the core competence of nurses in de-partment of respiration.
