摘　　要：在以往研究的基础上,对反应性和前摄性反生产行为进行了解析。反应性反生产行为是个体被动的故意行为,比较公开、激进,具有明显的行为指向;前摄性反生产行为是个体主动的故意行为,比较隐蔽、理性,行为对象不明确。触发类因素和/或内在控制类因素通过表达性动机对反应性反生产行为产生影响,而机会类因素和/或倾向类因素通过工具性动机对前摄性反生产行为产生影响。两类反生产行为对组织、员工个人都具有消极和积极影响,但存在一定的差异,组织针对两类反生产行为的管理策略也应该不同。It has analyzed reactive CWB and proactive CWB based on literature review. As the individual＇s compulsive intentional action, reactive CWB is more overt, radical, and has specific target, but as the individual＇s initiative intentional behavior, proactive CWB is more covert, rational, and its target is not specific. Reactive CWB is influenced by triggers and/or internal control variables through expressive motivation, and proactive CWB is influenced by opportunity and/or propensity variables through instrumental motivation. There are some differences on the positive and negative consequences, and the corresponding management tactics of these two types CWB.
