挫折情境对不同心理弹性大学生情绪的影响:积极音乐的作用

摘　　要：为考察心理弹性、积极音乐在挫折情境对大学生情绪影响中的作用,采用2(心理弹性:高、低)×3(情境:无挫折、无音乐背景挫折情境、有积极音乐背景挫折情境)的两因素混合实验设计对60名大学生被试进行研究。结果表明:(1)高心理弹性大学生的积极情绪自评分数显著高于低心理弹性大学生;(2)无音乐背景挫折情境下大学生的积极情绪自评分数显著低于无挫折情境和有积极音乐背景挫折情境下的大学生;(3)无音乐背景挫折情境下大学生的消极情绪自评分数显著高于无挫折情境和有积极音乐背景挫折情境下的大学生。研究结果证明积极音乐能够有效地缓解挫折情境对不同心理弹性大学生的情绪影响。To explore effects of frustration situation, resilience and positive music on college students, the present study adopted a 2（resilience： high/low）×3（experimental treatment： no frustration/ frustration with positive music/frustration without any background） mixed design with 60 undergraduate participants. The results showed that： （1） Positive emotion of the participants with higher resilience was more than that ot lower participants significantly; （2） Positive emotion of participants suffering frustration situation without any background was less than that with positive music or no frustration significantly; （3） Negative emotion of participants suffering frustration situation without any background was more than that with positive music or no frustration significantly. It was concluded that positive music can relieve effect of frustration situation on emotion of college students with different resilience.
