摘　　要：高职校师资队伍建设是实现教育教学质量稳步提升的关键性因素。如今职业教育蓬勃发展,无论从师资队伍建设规划、岗位设置,还是激励培养、绩效监控等方面都出现了一些新情况。一流的师资队伍建设应以人为本,以人力资源管理视角去探寻解决之道,将有助于推进教师队伍的人才开发进程,促进学校内涵建设与发展。The teaching staff construction in higher vocational colleges is the key factor to improve the education and teaching quality. Nowadays, during the quick progress of higher vocational colleges, many new problems had come to the fore in terms of teaching staff construction planning, job setting, motivation training and performance monitoring. To solve these problems, the construction of first-class teachers＂ team should be people- oriented and seek solutions from the perspective of human resource management, which will contribute to the advancement of teacher-team construction and promote the construction and development of the connotation of the school.
