摘　　要：当前,高职学前教育专业针对学生的培养,包括人文素养和职业素养两个方面,但对职业素养培养的重视程度远远高于人文素养,而这有悖于目前幼儿教育行业人才规格的需求。调研显示,更多的幼儿园园长希望能引进道德修养高、责任心强和工作态度认真的高人文素养人才。进行中华优秀传统文化融入高职学前教育人才培养的研究与实践,旨在通过实施中国优秀传统文化教育,全面提升学生的人文素养,并培养行业紧缺的,能面向幼儿实施传统文化教育的传统文化素养型幼儿教师。At present, training for students of preschool education specialty in higher vocational colleges includes humanistic qualities and occupational qualities with more emphasis on training of the latter, which is contrary to the requirements of specifications of education industry. Researches show that more kindergartens hope to introduce high humanistic quality talents with morality, strong responsibility and good working attitudes. The paper integrates Chinese traditional culture into the research and practice of the cultivation of talents in higher wocational preschool education to enhance students＇ humanistic qualities and cultivate talents with traditional culture.
