从方法论角度看《黄帝内经》中的阴阳理论

摘　　要：从哲学角度来讲,方法论即是在一定的世界观指导下,认识世界、改造世界的根本方法。作为祖国医学的圭泉、医家之宗,《黄帝内经》中蕴含的医学观念及方法论丰富多彩、充满智慧。其中,阴阳理论占有非常特殊和重要的地位,它作为一种世界观同时又是一种方法论,对《黄帝内经》医学理论体系建构产生了重要而深远的影响,在这种方法论的指导下,《黄帝内经》不仅建立了以阴阳理论为中心的中医理论基础,而且形成完整的生理、病理、诊法、辨证、治疗等体系。阴阳理论作为中医学的基础理论之一,反映了中国古代哲学思想、中医传统医学的世界观和方法论,在中国文化发展史中具有相当的地位。即使在科技高速发展的现代社会,较之西医学不同,中医学仍以其独特的诊疗理念与方法,持续散发着永久的魅力,而这些独特的中医方法论的形成、运用,与阴阳理论关系尤为密切。因此,从方法论角度对《黄帝内经》的阴阳理论进行研究,对于当今的中医学基础理论发展及中医临床实践等方面,都具有十分重要的意义。From the philosophical perspective, the methodology is the guidance of the concept in a certain world, understand the world, the basic method of reforming the world. As the motherland medicine GUI Quan, physicians of cases, ＂after＂ contained in the Huangdi Neifing medical concepts and methods of rich and colorful, full of wisdom. Among them, the Yin and Yang theory occupies a very special and important position, it as a kind of world view is also a kind of methodology, the Huangdi Neifing construction of the system of medical theory has important and far-reachlng influence, under the leadership of this methodology, Huangdl Neljing not only established the basic theory of TCM in the theory of yin and Yang as the center, and form a complete physiology, pathology, diagnosis method, syndrome differentiation, treatment system. The theory of yin and Yang is one of the basic theory of TCM, reflects the Chinese ancient philosophy, Chinese traditional medicine world outlook and methodology, has considerable status in the history of the development of China culture. Even in the modern society with rapid development of science and technology, different than western medicine, Chinese medicine is still in its unique treatment concept and method, continuous exudes charm forever, and these unique TCM methodology form, use, particularly close relationship with the theory of yin and yang. Therefore, the view of ＂Yin and Yang＂ theory is studied by the Huangcli Neijing from the method, for the development of basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine and TCM clinical practice and so on, all has the extremely vital significance.
