摘　　要：野外实践教学是地理学人才培养的重要环节。全国地理学理科基地联合实习是野外联合实践教学模式的全新探索。文章系统总结了6届全国地理学联合实习的教学实践经验,聚焦地理学创新人才的综合素质培养,从提高地理观察能力、锻炼野外实践技能、提高成果展示水平、培养团队协作精神等方面,探讨野外联合实践教学对地理学创新人才培养的重要意义。Field practice teaching is an important part of the geography talent training. The joint practice of the national geography science base is a new exploration of field joint practice teaching mode. The paper sys-tematically summarizes the teaching practical experience of six national geography joint internship,focuses on comprehensive quality training of the geography innovation talents and discusses the significance of field joint practice teaching for cultivating innovative talents about geography,from improving geography observation a-bility,exercising field practice skills,improving the level of achievement presentation,and cultivating the spirit of solidarity and collaboration,etc.
