摘　　要：基于高职服装产学研结合人才培养模式的外部环境和内部环境分析,详细论述了高职服装产业群产学研结人才培养模式的研究与建设的可行性、研究内容以及创新点。详细描述了高职服装产学研人才培养模式的课程体系建设、师资队伍建设等内容。着重于高职服装群产学研结合人才培养模式的创新。Based on the analysis of the external and internal environment of higher vocational fashion talent training mode with combination of production, study and research, it elaborates the feasibility, research content and innovation of the talent training mode research and construction. It discusses in detail the course system construction and teachers. It emphasizes the innovation of the talent training mode.
