摘  要:和谐社会建设对行政执法提出了新的要求。在前人有关心理契约、人格特征和工作投入度研究的基础上,提出假设,并通过对386位浙江基层工商公务员的问卷调查,阐述基层一线公务员与基层领导心理契约的内容和特点,探索现有环境下心理契约与人格特征、工作投入度等变量之间的关系,得出假设的验证结论,同时进行原因分析,并在此基础上就如何提高工商执法效能、构建和谐执法体系提出几点建议。Harmonious society construction puts forward a new requirement to administrative execution. On the basis of previous studies of psychological contract, personality characteristics and job involvement, this paper hypothesizes , expounds the contents and traits of psychological contract of civil servants and cadres in the front- line, explores the relationships among psychological contract, personality characteristics, job involvement and some other variables under the current situation through questionnaires on 386 primary level industrial and commercial civil servants in Zhejiang, draws the conclusions and analyzes the cause. And based on this foundation, some suggestions on how to improve the efficiency of industrial and commercial executing and build a harmonious system of law enforcement are put forward.
