摘  要:针对目前仅依靠静态思想和人工经验制定铁路局分界口排空计划的局限性,分析日常空车调配的动态特性,提出空车调配的多时段动态优化思想以及次日路网分界口排空流量的测算方法。探讨研究的实际应用需求和理论计算可行性;基于广义平均旅速建立时空服务网络,根据其特殊性构建支点站间空车动态调配优化模型;针对模型特点提出一种基于混沌思想的粒子群算法,并进行算例验证;通过全路同构支点路网的空车动态调配计算分析,表明模型和算法在应用于解决大规模路网空车动态调配问题时具有一定的适应性,并同时设计了基于空车动态调配计算结论的次日路网分界口排空流量测算方法。In response to the limitations that the development of scheme for empty cars discharged over Railway Bureau Boundaries only depends on the static method and human experience currently , this paper analyzed the dynamic characteristics of operational empty car distribution and proposed a dynamic multi‐period optimization thought as well as a method to calculate the next day's empty car flow discharged over railway network bounda‐ries . First , the requirements for practical application and theoretical feasibility were discussed . Secondly , a time‐space service netw ork w as constructed based on generalized average travel speeds . According to its partic‐ularity , the optimization model for dynamic empty car distribution between terminal stations was constructed . Thirdly ,based on the characteristics of model ,a chaos‐based particle swarm optimization algorithm was pres‐ented and its effectiveness was verified by a hypothetical computational case . Finally , the calculation and anal‐ysis of empty car distribution over the isomorphic terminal network showed that the model and algorithm pro‐posed in this paper proved to be adaptive when they were applied to large‐scale dynamic distribution of empty cars in the railway network .Meanwhile ,in light of the computing results of dynamic empty car distribution , an algorithm was presented for calculating next day empty car flow discharged over network boundaries .
