高职院校财务管理的思考

摘　　要：财务管理是单位组织在一定整体目标引导下，针对自身资产购置、资本融通和经营过程中现金流量以及利润分配进行管理的行为。分析高职院校财务管理普遍存在的问题及原因，提出了强化高职院校财务管理的对策与建议。Financial management is management of cash flow and profit distribution in the process of asset purchase, capital financing and operation under overall goal guidance by an unit organization . After analyzing the com- mon problems and causes of financial management in higher vocational colleges, the countermeasures and sugges- tions of strengthening the financial management are put forward in higher vocational colleges.
