摘  要:针对某车型悬架上支撑与弹簧盘干涉而引出的结构匹配问题,对上支撑结构展开优化研究。首先在Abaqus中对上支撑进行建模,研究上支撑受力变形,确定了干涉产生原因。随后试验分析上支撑蠕变特性,同时得出通过改善橡胶配方来提升橡胶蠕变特性进而解决结构匹配问题的局限性。最后,对上支撑结构进行优化,保证上支撑与弹簧盘安全间隙的前提下实现了上支撑刚度特性基本不变;同时优化后的结构通过了耐久试验和仿真分析。According to a suspension structural match issue caused by topmount and spring plate intervene, topmount structure is researched. Firstly, topmount model is built in Abaqus, and its deformation under certain force is studied, and intervene cause is confirmed. Then, topmount creep characteristic is investigated through experiment; the result also shows the limitation to improve anti - creep characteristic by taking better rubber ingredient. Finally, topmount structure is optimized to ensure the safe clearance between the topmount and spring plate, meanwhile, optimized topmout stiffness is keep nearly the same, and it passes the fatigue experimental and simulation.
