基于学习者视角的成人高等教育模式研究

摘　　要：通过分析成人学习者需求教育,针对成人高等教育现状及存在的问题,提出基于学习者视角的成人高等教育模式,以学习者为中心,以实现市场需求和社会对教育需要为目标,将终身学习教育理念深入贯穿于成人高等教育,拓宽了成人高等教育的内涵,实现与其他教育形式的多接口衔接,面向更广大成人学习群体,满足教育目标多样化需要,促进成人高等教育健康持续发展。The developmen to fadults higher education in colleges and universities confrontsmany restrictive factors.To achieve its sustainable development we should carefully consider all the factors that influence it,china it＇s necessary to take some measures to promote its sustainable development. Aiming to improve the teaching quality and management efficiency of continuing education,modern communication services and network information technology have been employed incolleges and universities. This paper analyses the quality of network teaching about continuing education. In new situation,adults＇ higher education should set its right place,and widen its development thought so as to set up an open and dynamic enrollment institution.
