摘　　要：目前,利用益生菌防治口腔疾病的研究已成为国内外研究热点。口腔内已知细菌种类多达700余种,其中多种属于益生菌。大量研究表明,益生菌可通过对口腔微生物的影响而对龋病、牙周病和口臭等口腔疾病的防治发挥积极的作用。本文总结归纳口腔益生菌的研究进展,并就益生菌在口腔疾病防治上的研究及应用做系统性回顾和展望。Currently,research of probiotics in the treatment of oral diseases had become a hot topic at home and abroad. More than 700 species of human oral bacteria had been found,many of them belonged to probiotics. Recent studies had found that probiotics played a positive role in prevention and treatment of oral diseases,such as dental caries,periodontal disease and oral halitosis through the influence of oral microorganisms. The paper summarized the research progress of oral probiotics,reviewed and outlooked systematically the research and application of probitics in the prevention of oral diseases.
