摘　　要：体验式教学是一种强调学生在实践体验中学习的教学方法。美国高校档案学教育中采用了多种方式来提高其教学中的实践性,体验式教学方法为其中之一。本文以纽约州立大学档案学专业开设的体验式教学课程为例,介绍其内容和实施方法,分析其特点,为我国加强档案学专业教学中的实践性提供一定的借鉴。Experiential education is a philosophy of education that describes the process that occurs between a teacher and student that infuses direct experience with the learning environment and content. In order to promote the practical education, various types of experiential teaching are applied in the archival education of American universities. The article takes one experience teaching class of New York State University as an example, introduces the contents and teaching methods, analysis its characteristics, with the aim to enlighten the way to strengthen the practical activity in our archival education.
