高职院校大学生创业现状及对策建议——以青岛地区为例

摘　　要：高校毕业生就业形势严峻,"就业难"引发"创业热","创业"被越来越多的大学生列为就业意向。基于对青岛地区五所高职院校大学生创业现状的调查和分析,从创业意识培养、创业课程开设和师资队伍建设等角度提出推进高职院校大学生创业教育的建议。Under the background of the severe situation of graduates employment in colleges and universities ,difficult employment has resulted in hot entrepreneurship .Entrepreneurship has been treated as one employment direction by more and more students .Based on the investigation and analy‐sis on the entrepreneurship status of the students from five higher vocational colleges in Qingdao ,this paper puts forward the suggestions including entrepreneurship awareness cultivation ,entrepreneur‐ship curriculum opening and teaching staff building in order to promote the entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges .
