口腔癌MDT模式围手术期抗癌药物治疗临床效果的对照研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨口腔癌多学科协作(MDT)诊治模式围手术期抗癌药物治疗的方法与临床效果。方法:87例口腔癌患者,随机分为两组:手术组46例,采用原发灶切除+颈淋巴清扫术治疗;药物+手术组41例:采用围手术期抗癌药物+手术治疗。结果:围手术期使用抗癌药物,减少了术中出血、减少了输血(浓缩红细胞)的数量、减少了手术中肿瘤边界阳性率、减少了肿瘤切除造成的组织缺损的体积。手术并发症减少,患者对治疗的心理满意度提高,患者的口腔功能恢复程度提高。两组患者临床效果相关数据存在差异。结论:口腔癌围手术期抗癌药物治疗是MDT模式中一个有效的环节。Objective：To investigate the therapeutic strategy and clinical effects of perioperative anti‐canc‐er drug for oral cancer in the multi‐discipline treatment .Methods ：87 oral cancer cases were divided into two groups ：one group was operation only and the the other one was operation with perioperative anti‐cancer drugs treatment . There were 46 operation only cases ,the operation with periop erative anti‐cancer drugs were 41 .The clinical treat‐ment procedures and prognosis were observed ,compared and analyzed .Results ：Perioperative ,it could the intraop‐erative bleeding ,reduce the amount of blood transfusion （concentrated red bloodcells ,CRBC）and the tumor bounda‐ry positive rates in the operation .The use of anti‐cancer drugs that also reduce the volume of of tissue defect after tumor resection .In post operation period ,the use of anti‐cancer drugs decrease the surgical complications ,enhance psychological satisfaction of patients to treatment ,patients with better oral function .Conclusion ：Perioperative anti‐cancer drugs therapy to oral cancer is an important part of MDT mode .
