摘　　要：安徽医科大学自从2007年实施临床学院制改革以来,取得了较为显著的成绩,实现了教学管理四个到位,教学模式四个统一,师资建设四个提高,管理体制四个互动.临床学院制作为一种引导学生早期接触临床,引导临床教师更加重视教学,引导附属医院重视教学的管理体制,已经在医学教育中发挥了重要作用.临床学院制的不断完善,要从教学管理、教学运行、师资建设、管理体制等层面进一步开展实践探索.As taking the implementation of reform in clinical college since 2007,Anhui Medical University obtained remarkable result.It met the requirements of teaching management in four aspects,realized the four unification of teaching mode,achieved the four improvements of the construction of teachers team,promoted the management system of four interactions.In the aspect of guiding students to early contact with clinical,guiding the clinical teachers to pay more attentions to teaching,guiding the affiliated hospital to multi input on teaching,clinical college has played an important role in medical education.In order to constantly improve this system,it need to do further efforts of practice on the aspects of teaching management,teaching practice,teachers construction,management system.
