摘  要:目的评价不同类型蛋白胨支持沙门菌的生长效果,用于沙门菌培养基制备时的原材料选择以及质量控制。方法选择不同类型的蛋白胨和沙门菌属代表性菌株,应用Bioscreen生长曲线测定仪测定生长曲线并进行对数生长期分析,得出蛋白胨支持沙门菌的生长效果。结果在测试的8种不同类型蛋白胨中,多价蛋白胨和Bacto Tryptose对具有代表性的9种沙门菌的生长支持能力较为均衡,尤其是对生长条件要求相对苛刻的丙型副伤寒沙门菌,具有明显优势。结论不同血清型沙门菌的生长需求不同。Bioscreen生长曲线测定仪作为一种新的测定手段用于细菌生长曲线测定,能够高效、精确测量原材料支持细菌生长的能力。Objective To evaluate different peptones for supporting the growth effect of Salmonella spp. that potentially been used as raw materials in the culture medium preparation and quality control. Methods Growth curves of representative Salmonel- la spp. strains in different types of peptone were obtained through analysis logarithmic phase with Bioscreen. Results Polypep- tone and Bacto Tryptose gave the ideal support for the growing of all 9 test strains among 8 test peptones, especially for Salmo- nella paratyphi C that requires strict growth conditions. Conclusion Different peptones were needed for the growth of different Salmonella serotypes. The growth curve of Bioscreen tester as a new measurement method for the determination of bacterial growth curve, can efficiently, accuratly measure the raw materials to support the ability of bacterial growth.
