摘  要:如何激活和利用团队优势成为企业应对经济发展、技术变革和市场环境变化的关键。本研究构建以团队断裂带为自变量、团队效能为因变量、关系型领导行为为调节变量和交互记忆系统为中介变量的一个被中介的调节模型,探讨团队断裂带对团队效能的作用机理。将团队断裂带分为社会分类断裂带和信息认知断裂带两个维度,并基于167个团队样本数据,运用逐步回归方法对被中介的调节模型进行实证研究,实证结果表明:社会分类断裂带对团队效能产生负向影响,而信息认知断裂带对团队效能产生正向影响;关系型领导行为对社会分类断裂带和信息认知断裂带与团队效能的关系均有调节作用,且调节作用都以交互记忆系统为中介,即交互记忆系统有效地传递了关系型领导行为分别与社会分类断裂带、信息认知断裂带的交互作用对团队效能的影响。How to activate and utilize team advantage is the key factor of companies coping with economic development, technological change and market conditions change. This paper constructs a mediated moderation model of the relationship between team fauhlines and team effectiveness contained intermediary variable of transaction memory system and regulation variable of relational leadership behavior, probes into the mechanism of team fauhlines on team effectiveness. Team fauhlines are divided into social categorization faultlines and information recognition faultlines. Based on the sample data of 167 teams, this paper uses the stepwise regression method to empirically research the mediated moderation model. The results indicate that social categorization fauhlines has negative impacts on the team effectiveness, information recognition faultlines has positive impacts on the team effectiveness. These impacts are moderated by relational leadership behavior and at the same time transaction memory system conveys the effect of the interaction of relational leadership behavior and social categorization faultlines, information recognition fauhlines on team effectiveness.
