摘 要:目的分析"农村义务教育阶段学生营养改善计划"(以下简称"农村学生营养改善计划")地区学生零食的消费状况,为我国学生营养改善及引导学生正确选择零食提供基础数据。方法从实施"农村学生营养改善计划"的50个重点监测县中,按照学校食堂供餐、企业(单位)供餐和混合供餐等3种供餐模式,各抽取2所小学和初中;从小学三年级以上及初中每个年级各随机抽取1-2个班,采用"学生调查表"收集所调查29 317名学生的零食消费品种、频率等情况。结果 79.7%的学生每天吃1次以上的零食,选择零食前3位依次为蔬菜水果(54.3%)、饼干面包(45.5%)和方便面(41.7%)。30.9%的学生每天花2块钱及以上买零食,初中生(42.8%)高于小学生(22.0%),吃学校食堂供餐学生(34.7%)高于吃企业供餐学生(24.7%),寄宿生(46.0%)高于走读生(30.6%),差异均有统计学意义(P值均〈0.01)。结论贫困地区学生零食消费现象普遍且不合理,应加强"农村学生营养改善计划"地区营养改善对策研究,提高学生营养健康水平,引导学生合理消费零食。Objective To evaluate snack consumption among rural students from Nutrition Improvement Program areas, and to provide scientific basis for program improvement. Methods Among 50 monitoring counties where Compulsory Education Student Nutrition Improvement Program was implemented, two primary schools and two junior schools were selected randomly according to different food supply pattern ( school canteen-, company-, and mix- ). One or two classes from each grade were randomly selected from grade 3 to grade 9. Questionnaire regarding snack consumption was conducted among 29 317 students. Results About 79.7% students ate snacks more than 1 time every day. Fruits and vegetables ( 54.3%), biscuits ( 45.5% ) and instant noodles (41.7% ) were top three most chosen snacks. Nearly 30.9% of students spent more than 2 yuan on snacks, junior high school students {42.8% } higher than primary school pupils ( 22%); students with canteen food supply ( 34.7% ) higher than that of the company food supply ( 24.7% ) ; boarding students ( 46.0% ) higher than non-boarding students (30.6% ), differences were all statistically significant ( P〈0.01 ). Conclusion The snack consumption is common among students received Nutrition Improvement Program. Strengthening the awareness of healthy snack behaviors among students and school nutrition environment should involve participation of parents, school leaders, and public health professionals
