摘 要:目的分析农村义务教育阶段学生营养改善计划(以下简称"农村学生营养改善计划")地区学生饮料消费状况,为引导学生合理消费饮料和促进学生营养改善提供基础数据。方法从实施"农村学生营养改善计划"的50个重点监测县中,按照学校食堂供餐、企业(单位)供餐和混合供餐等3种供餐模式,各随机抽取2所小学和初中,从小学三年级以上及初中每个年级各随机抽取1-2个班,采用"学生调查表"收集所调查29 317名学生的饮料消费种类、频率等。结果小学生、初中生选择饮料种类前3位依次为碳酸饮料(42.9%)、含乳饮料(36.7%)、茶饮料(36.0%)。48.9%的学生每天喝1杯以上的饮料,小学生和初中生之间差异无统计学意义;每天喝1杯及以上饮料的比例在学校食堂供餐(51.1%)和混合供餐的学生(51.7%)中高于企业供餐学生(44.0%),差异有统计学意义(Z=141.2,P〈0.01);寄宿生每天喝1杯及以上饮料的比例(48.2%)低于非寄宿生(50.2%),差异有统计学意义(Z=-2.9,P〈0.01)。结论贫困地区学生的饮料消费普遍。应加强对学生的营养健康宣传教育,引导学生合理消费饮料。Objective To evaluate beverage consumption among rural students from Nutrition Improvement Program areas, and to provide scientific basis for program improvement. Methods Among 50 monitoring counties where Compulsory Education Student Nutrition Improvement Program was implemented, two primary schools and two junior schools were selected randomly according to different food supply pattern ( school-, company-, and mix- ). One or two classes from each grade were randomly selected from grade 3 to grade 9. Questionnaire regarding beverage consumption was conducted among 29 317 students. Results Carbonated drinks (42.9%), milk drinks ( 36.7%) and tea drinks ( 36.0% ) were top three most chosen beverage. About 48.9% students drinking 1 and over cups of beverage every day, there was no difference between primary and secondary school students; Drink one and more cups of beverage per day among students in canteen supply (51.1%) and mixed supply (51.7%) was higher than that of students in company supply (44.0%). Proportion of drink one or more cups of beverage per day in the boarding students ( 48.2% ) was significantly lower than non-boarding students ( 50.2% ). Conclusion The beverage consumption is common among rural students from Nutrition Improvement Program areas. Schools, parents and the community should strengthen nutrition health education and limit beverage consumption among students.
