摘　　要：对安徽省高等职业教育校企合作现状进行调研发现,当前校企合作在政策保障、监管机制和办学主体等方面存在不少问题;结合当前我国加快建设现代职业教育体系背景,可重点从完善政策制度、创新管理机制、推进集团化办学和保障人才培养质量等四个方面探索高等职业教育校企合作的深度融合。Based on the investigations of current situation, this paper analyses the existing problems of vocational college-en- terprise cooperation in the aspects of policy support, regulatory mechanism, school principal, etc. The countermeasures are as follow： improving the policy system, innovating the management mechanism, promoting the collectivization of school-running and guaranteeing the quality of talent training, aiming at exploring deep integration of vocational college-enterprise cooperation under new circumstance of speeding up the construction of modern vocational education system.
