高职院校创业教育师资队伍建设的对策研究

摘　　要：创业教育师资队伍水平直接决定着创业教育的实施效果。本文首先对创业教育的内涵进行了界定,接着分析了当前高职院校创业教育师资队伍建设过程中存在的主要问题,最后针对存在的问题提出了加强高职院校创业教育师资队伍建设的对策建议。The effect of entrepreneurship education is mainly depended on the quality of teaching staff. Firstly, the connotation of entrepreneurship education is defined. Then the main problems existing in the cultivation of excellent teachers to engage in entrepreneurship education in Higher Vocational Colleges is analyzed. Finally, on the existing problems, specific suggestions to enhance the construction of entrepreneurship education teaching staff are put forward in this paper.
