摘 要:构建科学的优秀辅导员培育机制不仅关系辅导员个人的成长,还与辅导员队伍的建设、与立德树人教育根本任务的实现紧密相关。通过对宁波市高校辅导员队伍现状的调研,归纳出高校辅导员队伍存在的显著问题和高校优秀辅导员的基本特质。基于调研现状,并借用戴明环的管理理念,从目标、实施、考核、反思四个阶段的循环探究高校优秀辅导员的培育机制。Establishing scientific cultivating mechanism for excellent university counselors is not only related to their personal growth, but also to the construction of counselor team as well as the achievement of the fundamental task of strengthening moral education. Through the investigation on the current situation of university counselors in Ningbo, this paper summarizes the main problems existing in the counselor team and the basic qualities for an excellent counselor. Based on the results of the investigation and Deming Circle as well, it explores the cultivating mechanism in four aspects including objective mechanism, implementation mechanism, evaluation mechanism and reflection mechanism.
