论高校辅导员在大学生核心价值观培育中的角色定位和工作方法

摘　　要：分析了高校辅导员作为大学生成长道路上的领路人,在培育大学生核心价值观的过程中的作用,需要增强工作的实效性,找准角色定位、不断创新工作方法,构建核心价值观教育的主导地位,指出在价值多元化时代,核心价值观的话语权地位受到一定冲击,价值观培育的过程不仅仅是一个受教育的过程,更是一个潜移默化的由知识向行为内化的过程。As a leader of the post -90＇s students＇ growth path, the function of post -80＇s college counsel- or was analyzed in this paper, who needs to enhance the effectiveness of the work, better identify the role and innovate the working method, the dominant position of constructing the core value education. Facing the multi culture, the core values of the right of discourse status was impacted. The process of cultivating the core socialist values for the college students is not only an education process, but also a subtle process which turns ihe knowledge into the behavior.
