中医药专业本科生导师制新模式探究

摘　　要：本科生导师制是培养中医药卓越人才的有效途径之一。首都医科大学中医药学院自2006年开始实行本科生导师制,实践中不断修订导师制实施方案,完善管理体系,将导师制与师承教育、院校教育相结合,探索以培养学生自主学习能力为核心、符合中医药人才培养理念的高等教育新模式。Undergraduate tutorial system is one of the effective ways to cultivate outstanding TCM talents. School of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Capital Medical University began to carry out undergraduate tutorial system since 2006. In practice, scheme of implementing the tutorial system was revised;management system was improved;tutor system was combined with apprentice education and college education, in order to explore a new mode of higher education to cultivate students＆#39; autonomous learning ability and follow TCM talent training philosophy.
