摘 要:目的通过改进护生临床护理教学方法,以提高教学质量,提高学生对此学科的学习兴趣,提高学生的临床实践能力。方法将该院100名妇产科临床护理学生随机平均分成二组,分别为观察组和对照组。其中,观察组学生采取妇产科理论教学和临床实践教学改进教学方法,对照组学生采取传统教学模式,1个月后,对二组学生进行理论和实践考察,并统计学生对于教学方法的评价。结果观察组学生的理论考试成绩明显优于对照组,且观察组学生对于妇产科临床护理知识的掌握程度、理论与实践的结合程度、对于教学方法的评价以及临床实际护理技能的掌握均优于对照组,二组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妇产科护理学是一门专业性、实践性、应用性很强的学科,改进妇产科护生临床护理教学方法,能够有效提高教学质量,使学生更快掌握临床技能,提高护生的实习质量。Objective To study the clinical nursing teaching methods for improving nursing students" inter- est in learning, increasing the quality of teaching, enhancing students" students" ability in clinical practice.Methods The 100 clinical obstetrics and gynecology hospital nursing student were randomly divided into two groups for the experimental and control groups. Among them, the experimental group of students took the theory of teaching and clinical practice of obstetrics and gynecology teaching to improve teaching meth- ods, the control group of students took the traditional teaching model, a month later, two groups of students received a test in the theory and practice, and obtained evaluation of student on teaching methods. Results Compared with control group, students in the experimental group obtained higher theory test scores. The master degree, the degree of integration of clinical obstetrics and gynecology nursing knowl- edge of the theory and practice, the evaluation for teaching methods and clinical practice nursing skills were superior mastery in the experimental group than the control group, the difference was statistically signifi- cant (P〈0. 05). Conclusion Obstetrics nursing is a professional, practical, applied strong discipline. It can effectively increase the quality of teaching improved clinical obstetrics and gynecology nursing care teaching methods, so that students can quickly master the clinical skills and enhance nursing students prac- tice quality.
