摘　　要：当代青少年思想政治教育方式、途径、载体、手段有很多,但是思想政治教育的实效性一直不高。以封闭性、知识化、泛政治化为特征的文本教育范式是很重要的原因。解决此问题的一个重要途径是对青少年开展劳动观教育。劳动是人生存的基础性实践活动,闪耀着人性的光辉,是人的本质力量的集中体现,是体现和实现人生价值的一种重要方式,是通向人生幸福的桥梁,是人全面发展的重要途径。青少年要真正成人,既要受科学世界观和方法论指导,又要接受生活世界中的劳动观教育。本文综合各家观点,试图梳理与归纳我国当代学者有关青少年劳动观教育问题的论述,以此构筑青少年劳动观教育研究的基本学术信息平台。There are numerous methods, approaches, carriers and mediums of the ideological and political education for today＇ s adolescents, but the efficacy has always been unsatisfactory, of which one important reason lies in the paradigm of text education featured with inaccessibility, knowledgeableness and politicization. Labor, sparkling with the brilliance of humanity, is a primary activity of practice for one＇ s survival. Besides, it is an embodiment of human＇ s essential power, a crucial way to show and a- chieve the value of life, a bridge to life happiness and an important approach to all - round development. For teenagers, to grow into a true man, he （ or she） needs to be instructed by the education of labor view in the living world as well as the methodology in the scientific world. Hence, this thesis, based upon viewpoints from all sides, tries to sort out and sum up the statement given by contemporary scholars in China about teenagers＇ labor view education, in order to provide a primary academic platform for the research of teenagers＇ labor view education.
