摘  要:在当前教学实践中,传统的教师专业主义日渐显现出较大局限性,导致高校青年教师专业发展困惑及职业满意度下降。新时期应淡化教师专业发展"理论技能"模式,积极倡导"反思性实践"模式,引领高校青年教师自主发展;建立多元评价机制,激励高校青年教师快速发展;以课例研究为载体,让高校青年教师分享"研训教一体化"带来的喜悦,获得最佳内心体验,从而实现专业发展与职业满意度的均衡增进。The traditional pattern of university teacher professionalism shows limitations in the current teaching practice, which causes university young teachers" professional development confusion and dissatisfaction with career happiness. In the new era of teacher professional development, we should pay less attention tothe "theoretical skills", while actively promote the "reflective practice" mode so as to helpyoung university teachers" independent development, to establish multiple evaluation mechanism, to encourage university young teachers" rapid development, to let university young teachers to enjoy the integration of teaching, research and training, and to help them experience the satisfaction with professional development and career accomplishment.
