摘　　要：2014年是我国高等教育改革的深化年,在过去的一年中,高等教育在办学规模扩大、管理体制改革深化、教育质量提升等方面取得的成绩是令人鼓舞的,但在师德建设、地方高校转型、教育资源配置等方面仍存有不足。高等教育的发展应注重师德建设长效机制的建立健全、地方高校转型的多方联动、教育资源配置的模式探索。2014 is the year to deepen the higher education reform. This year has witnessed encouraging achievements in higher education scale, reform of school management system, and education quality. However, some room is left for improvement in teachers ethics, transformation of local colleges and education resources allocation. Higher education development should focus on building longterm mechanism to improve teachers ethics, multi-party cooperation to urge local colleges transformation and exploring the mode of educational resource allocation.
