摘  要:教学团队建设是提高教学质量的重要手段。完善科研评价标准,创新考核评价机制和多元奖励机制是推进高职院校教学科研"双师型"教师队伍建设的有效手段。分析高职院校科研评价机制的现状及存在问题,制定科学合理的科研政策,创新科研评价机制,建立多元化、人性化的科研评价体系,实现教学科研评价的一体化,将有助于"双师型"师资队伍的建设与提高。The construction of teaching team is an important way of improving teaching quality. Perfecting the scientific evaluation criteria, innovating evaluation mechanism and multiple reward mechanism are effective means to promote teachers' team construction of teaching research "double type" in vocational college. It is necessary to analyse the current situation and problems of scientific research evaluation mechanism in vocational college and formulate scientific and reasonable policy of scientific research, innovate scientific research evaluation mechanism and establish a diversified and humanized scientific research evaluation system, to realize the integration of teaching and scientific research evaluation. It will be helpful to the construction and improvement of "double type" teachers' team.
