摘　　要：通过对中国民族传统体育文化进行研究,发现中国民族传统体育文化在中华文化中占有一席之地,在传扬中华文化过程中起到重要作用,结合国外传扬体育文化的方式和中国民族传统体育的情况,为中国民族传统体育的发展指明方向,为中国文化软实力提供参考。Through the study of Chinese traditional sports culture, it is found that Chinese traditional sports culture has a share in Chinese culture, plays an important role in the process of spreading Chinese culture. This paper combined the way of spread sports culture in foreign countries and the conditions of Chinese traditional sports, tries to point out the way of the development of traditional Chinese national sports, provide reference for promoting China＇s cultural soft power.
