摘  要:继续教育学分已成为卫生技术人员职务聘任和职业再注册的重要依据,学分管理是一项细致、繁琐的工作。目前计算机网络继续医学教育学分管理系统(ICME)已经得到了广泛普及,作者回顾性分析此系统在三级医院中的应用,通过实施"三定一会"继续教育学分管理流程,利用计算机信息化网络系统进行数据传输与统计,根据所提供的数据,定期审核、反馈继续教育完成情况,充分发挥职能部门检查、督导作用,实现现代化、科学化管理,提高工作效率。改变手工录入传统的学分管理模式,弥补因手工录入带来的信息不准确不完善及统计功能的欠缺。指出继续教育学分管理系统的优势与不足,需进一步简化学分设置操作程序,提高学分授予的公平性和真实性,避免人情分,培养卫生专业技术人员树立终身学习的意识与自觉性。?Continuing education credit has become a important basis for technical personnel position employment and professional registration. credit management is a delicate and tedious work. Current computer network management of continuing medical education credit system (ICME) has been widely spread. The authors analyzed retrospectively the application of this system in tertiary hospital, through the implementation of the "armed for a" continuing education credits management process, using the computer information network system for data transmission and statistics, according to data provided by means of regular audit, feedback the completion to continue education, give full play to the functions of the inspection, supervision, realize modernization and scientific management, improve work efficiency, change the traditional manual entry of credit management mode, make up for manual entry of imperfect information is inaccurate and the lack of statistical functions, points out the advantages and disadvantages of continuing education credits management system, to further simplify credits set operating procedures, improve the fairness and authenticity of the credit granted, promote people to develop health professional and technical personnel to set up the consciousness and consciousness of lifelong learning.
