摘  要:通过室内外试验验证垂直振动成型(VVCM)试件的可靠性,对比研究VVCM方法和马歇尔方法对ATB-30沥青混合料设计的影响。结果表明:ATB-30沥青混合料VVCM试件的体积指标更接近于路面芯样,VVCM试件的力学强度与路面芯样的相关性高达94%,而马歇尔试件的相关性不足61%;与马歇尔法设计ATB-30沥青混合料相比,VVCM设计ATB-30沥青混合料节约沥青约8%,密度提高了1.6%,马歇尔稳定度、动稳定度、抗剪强度、抗拉强度分别提高了54%,39%,55%,54%,水稳定性也有所提高。Through indoor and outdoor experiments, the reliability of vertical vibration compaction molding (VVCM) specimens is verified. The influence of VVCM and Marshall design method on designing ATB - 30 asphalt mixture is compared. The result shows that (1) the volume indicators of the VVCM specimens of ATB - 30 asphalt mixture are more close to those of the core samples, the correlation between the mechanical strengths of VVCM specimens and core samples is up to 94% , while the correlation of Marshall specimens is less than 61% ; (2) compared with the ATB -30 asphalt mixture designed by Marshall method, the ATB - 30 asphalt mixture designed by VVCM can save asphalt about 8% and the density is increased by 1.6% ; (3) Marshall stability, dynamic stability, shear strength and tensile strength of ATB -30 asphalt mixture designed by VVCM is increased by 54%, 39%, 55% and 54% respectively, its water stability is also improved.
