摘　　要：自学考试以其自身优势实现了人才培养的一些基本功能,但在发展过程中暴露出存在的不足和缺失。现实要求自学考试对人才培养进行功能的拓展。只有从制度创新、考核改进和教学改革几方面同时入手,通过引进双证书、开展二学历、搭架学习立交桥、建立学习服务中心、采取过程性考核、进行衔接教育和改革学分制、专业设置、教学方法等手段,才能够将自学考试人才培养功能进行延伸与拓展。self-study exams in their own superiority and the talents of some of the basic functions, but in the process of developing exposed the shortcomings and deficiencies.
