摘  要:护士的职业特点及护理教育教学发展的现状使得护士职业素质的培养一直备受重视。培养护生具有良好的职业素质,既有利于促进护生综合能力的培养,又能增加护生的学习兴趣,还可以让护生对规范的护理行为有深刻认识。从创造良好实验教学环境、养成良好实验学习习惯、营造人文素质学习气氛、建立高素质的教师团队等方面介绍实验教学中培养护生职业素质的方法与经验,为护生职业素质的培养提供借鉴。The characteristics of nurses and the recent status of nursery education made the professional quality training of nursery students much more concerned. Professional quality training of nursery students was beneficial to the improvement of the comprehensive abilities of them. Their learning interest could also be increased. They could understand the regulatory nursery behaviors. This paper introduces the experience and methods about the professional quality training of nursery students from the following 4 aspects: good experimental teaching environments, good experimental habits, humanistic quality atmosphere and qualified teaching team. This will provide a reference for the professional quality training of nursery students.
