摘　　要：高等教育版图重构背景下,本文立足作为校企合作主体的职业院校,试图找出校企合作现存的问题,并针对这些问题从理念创新、治理结构优化、组织架构调整等方面探索新形势下校企合作的发展策略,为职业院校及面临转型的本科院校有效开展校企合作提供参考和借鉴。The paper based on vocational colleges＆schools which as main body of school-enterprise cooperation, within the background of higher education domain reconstrunction, try to find the problems of school-enterprise cooperation,and explore development strategies about school-enterprise cooperation at the new situation from idea innovation, managerial hierarchy optimization, organization structure adjustment etc,which provide references for effective implement school-enterprise cooperation of vocational colleges＆schools and new local regular colleges that face to transition.
