农民工“小升初”子女心理适应研究——基于NLP技术的分析

摘　　要：NLP是一种能教人们怎样利用言语心智技巧去达成特定的目标的技术。通过对随迁农民工子女所占比例较大的漳州市芗城区油记小学"小升初"阶段学生的抽样调查,基于NLP技术对他们的心理适应情况展开研究。其研究成果一方面可在短时间帮助他们克服"陌生感"、"失落感"和"迷茫感",有效缩短他们"小升初"顺利过渡的周期,为日后初中的学习和生活打下一个良好的基础;另一方面也可作为相关学校开展德育工作的重要辅助材料。NLP is a kind of mental skill which can teach people how to use the mind- language skill to achieve specific goals. Through the sampling survey of migrant children who are studying at the ＂Youji primary school＂ in Xiangcheng District of Zhangzhou which is of a larger proportion of Peasant Workers＇ the children in the stage of primary school to junior middle school, study on the psychological adaptation of peasant workers＇ the children in the stage of primary school to junior middle school. On the one hand, the research results can help them overcome ＂strangeness＂, ＂loss＂ and ＂lost＂ feeling in a short time, effectively short their ＂primary school to junior middle school＂ transition period, to lay a good foundation in the future of study and life in junior middle school; On the other hand also can be used for related moral education work on other schools as important auxiliary materials.
