摘　　要：我国目前临床用血站分离血浆存在一定富余,由此引发将其用于血液制品生产的思考。如何在保障临床用浆和无偿献血公益性的前提下对临床用富余血浆进行综合利用,尚需解决法律、伦理、技术、管理等多方面的问题。本文对我国血站富余分离血浆用于血液制品生产的障碍因素进行了分析,并对管理模式及可行性进行了探索性思考和设计,可为血液资源的再利用提供参考。The recovered plasma generated from voluntary whole blood donation system led to the consideration of its reuse in the manufacture of blood products. Under the premise of voluntary blood donation and the assurance of plasma for clinical use, recovered plasma will face challenges in law, ethics, technology and management. This article analyzes the obstacles of using recovered plasma as a starting material supplement for fractionation, drafts the implementation plan, and provides references for a pathway for suitable but un - transfused plasma to be reused for further manufacture into plasma products.
