摘　　要：当前,我国高职酒店英语课程存在着教学与实践相脱节的问题,重专业理论轻酒店实务,重课堂教学轻实践教学,重试卷考核轻能力考核。建立以工作过程为导向的教学模式是解决这一问题的关键。以工作过程为导向的酒店英语课程教学模式创新,需要在教学理念、教学模块、教学方法和考核方式等多个层面着力,将工作导向贯穿教学始终,用实战指导教学,用实战引领创新。Currently, there is the problem that the teaching is irrelevant to practicing in hotel English teaching, which pays more attention to theory, classroom teaching and paper test and neglects practice and competence assessment. The key to solve this problem is to establish the work-oriented teaching pattern, which needs the change from teaching conception, module, method and assessment. We should carry the work-oriented teaching pattern throughout and make practice guide teaching and even lead to innovation.
