摘　　要：知识是企业保持持续竞争优势的关键资源,企业所创造的大部分价值来自于对知识资产的管理。知识资产可以分为显性和隐性两种类型,这两种类型知识通过社会化模式、外部化模式、组合模式和内部化模式相互转换,并且知识以螺旋式渐进的方式不停地进行这四种模式的相互转化,本文将上述知识创造的机理称为Spiral-SECI过程。Knowledge is the key resource for enterprises to keep sustainable competitive advantage.Value created by enterprises mainly comes from the management of knowledge asset.Knowledge asset can be divided into two types:explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge.There are four transformational patterns between explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge,namely socialization,externalization,combination and internalization.Moreover,in the spiral development of knowledge,there is an incessant transformation among the four patterns.In this paper,the mechanism of knowledge creation is called Spiral-SECI process.
