摘　　要：重视就业能力有利于人才培养,现阶段高职院校在帮助大学生提高就业能力方面做了许多努力和尝试,但不系统的就业能力培养不利于就业问题的改善,为此必须把握就业能力内涵并在教学过程实践之,使学生将就业能力培养融入自我意识,这样才是真正的就业能力培养。Attaching importance to the employability is helpful for talent cultivation. At present, higher vocational colleges have done many efforts to help students improve their employability. But only systemic training on employability is benefit for the employment problem solution, so, it is necessary to grasp the connotation of employability and then practice it in the teaching process. In the end the students will consciously train employability, which is real employability training.
