摘 要:目的探讨社交技能训练对非急性期青少年精神分裂症患者精神症状及社会功能的干预效果。方法将60例住院的非急性期青少年精神分裂症患者分为治疗组和对照组,分别采用药物治疗结合社交技能训练和单独药物治疗的方法进行干预,疗程8周。采用阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)和住院精神患者康复疗效评定量表(IPROS)中的2个分量表在干预前、干预后4、8周进行评估。结果共55例患者完成干预;与干预前比较,治疗组和对照组PANSS各量表得分和总分以及IPROS中的2个量表得分在干预4、8周后均逐渐降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);除一般精神病理量表分外,治疗组PANSS各量表得分和总分以及IPROS中的2个量表得分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论社交技能训练能改善非急性期青少年精神分裂症患者的阳性症状、阴性症状,有助于患者社会功能恢复。Objective To evaluate the effects of social skill training on mental symptoms and social functions of non-acute adolescent patients with schizophrenia. Methods Sixty patients in hospital of the non-acute phase of adolescent patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,using drug therapy combined with social skill training and single drug treatment in a course of 8 weeks respectively. Patients were assessed with Positive and Negative symptoms Scale (PANSS) and two scales of Inpatient Psychiatric rehabilitation Outcome Scale (IPROS) before intervention,intervention for 4 weeks and 8 weeks. Results A total of 55 patients completed intervention. Compared with before intervention, PANSS factor scores, total scores and IPROS factor scores in treatment group and control group significantly decreased after intervention of 4 weeks and 8 weeks (P〈0.05) ;Except for general psychopathology scale points,PANSS factor scores.total scores and IPROS factor scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion Social skills training can improve the non-acute stage teenagers positive and negative symptoms of schizophrenia patients,and help patients recover their social function.
