我国医师资格考试制度中的医学人文考核探索

摘　　要：医师资格考试,是大多数国家采用的医师资格的认证形式。我国从1999年开始依法实施医师资格考试,内容包括专业知识、实践技能和人文素养。介绍了我国医师资格考试中医学人文考核的法律依据、设计框架、考试内容、考试基本情况、存在的问题,以及近年来的探索,提出了医学人文考核的改革思路和设想。建议加强医学人文教育,将医学人文融入医学教育全程,同时要建立医学人文素养的考核评价体系、完善评价方法和激励机制,促进医师队伍健康发展。Medical licensing examination is an accreditation form of physician qualifications in most countries which has been implemented since 1999 in China. Its contents include professional knowledge, practical skills and humanistic quality. This article focused on the legal basis, testing design framework, testing contents and current status and problems of national medical licensing examination, as well as discussing the recent explorations on plans and strategies of medical humanities examination reform. It proposed to strengthen medical humanistic education, integrate medical humanities into the whole process of medical education, and establish assessment system of medical humanistic quality, improve evaluation methods and incentives to promote the burgeoning development of physicians.
