摘 要:医学人文教育对医学研究生的培养具有重要意义。目前,临床医学硕士专业学位研究生培养与住院医师规范化培训并轨,医学人文教育存在集中授课时间短、专业分化、专业领域多样、培训基地分散等特点,提出要积极探索新的医学教育模式,如聘请名师大家参与教学、根据学生需要选择不同的教学内容、采用多种教学方式、制定灵活多样的考评制度、课内教育与课外教育相结合,将医学人文教育与研究生培养有机结合起来,以提高研究生医学人文素质。Medical humanities education is significant for medical graduate students. At present, with the integration of training of graduate students in clinical medicine and standardized training of residents, medical humanities education confronts with a series of problems, such as limited teaching time, differentiation and variation of specialties, and scattered training centers. Therefore, the authors suggested to explore a new training model for medical graduate students, including inviting distinguished expertise to participate in teaching, differentiating contents of courses according to students' needs, adopting various teaching methods, formulating flexible examination and evaluation system, combining curricular education with extracurricular education and integrating humanistic education with medical training in order to improve humanistic qualities of medical graduate students.
