摘  要:对福建省围头海域5种海藻提取物及萃取部位的乙酰胆碱酶抑制活性与DPPH·清除能力进行比较研究,并分别测定其总酚与总黄酮含量.结果表明:裙带菜与羊栖菜提取物具有较高含量的总酚与总黄酮;裙带菜的乙酸乙酯部位、二氯甲烷部位和羊栖菜石油醚部位、二氯甲烷部位在10mg/mL质量浓度时表现出较强的乙酰胆碱酶抑制活性,并且裙带菜乙酸乙酯部位、二氯甲烷部位以及羊栖菜二氯甲烷部位的DPPH·清除能力均明显高于其他提取物或萃取部位.The acetyl choline enzyme inhibitory activity and DPPH · radical scavenging capacity of the extracts and its solvent fraction from five kinds of seaweed in Fujian Weitou bay were studied.Results showed that the exracts from Undaria pinnatifida and Sargassurn fusiforme had higher concentra tion of polyphenols and flavonoids. Ethyl acetate fraction and methylene chloride fraction from Un- daria pinnatifida,petroleum ether fraction and dichloromethane fraction from Sargassum fusiforme had strong acetyleholine enzyme inhibitory activity at 10 mg/mL.At the concentration of 1 mg/mL, the DPPH · scavenging abilities of ethyl acetate fraction and methylene chloride fraction from Un daria pinnatifida ,dichloromethane fraction from Sargassurn fusiforme were higher than other ex- tracts or fractions.
