摘  要:利用ABTS法和DPPH法测定了苦丁茶冬青植株之雄花、嫩芽、果实、茎、根以及成叶等6种不同器官样品的抗氧化活性,以明确其不同供试部位在抗氧化产品研发方面的开发利用价值。结果表明,6种供试样品的抗氧化活性值大小依次为:雄花>嫩芽>成叶>根>茎>果实;尤其是雄花样品,表现出了极强的抗氧化活性。但从原材料来源、生产成本及抗氧化活性强弱等方面综合考虑,作者认为,以苦丁茶冬青的成叶最具开发利用潜力。The antioxidant activity on the samples of 6 different organs, including the male flower, yong bud, fruit, stem, rootage and adult leaf in Ilex kudingcha C. J. Tseng via ABTS and DPPH methods, were studied so that to definite the ultilization value of the the different organs of L kudingcha in the development of the antioxidant pro- duces. The experimental result shows that the order of the values of antioxidant aetovity is as follows:male flower〉 yong bud 〉funcation leaf 〉 footage〉 stem〉male fruit. Especially, the sample of the male flower shows an extremely strong antioxidant activity. However, from the view of the comprehensive consideration of the sources of raw materi- als, the cost of production and the antioxidant activity, the authors of this paper thought that the adult leaf of I. kudingcha possesses the strongest latent capacity in the development of the antioxidant produces.
