摘 要:目的:汉化临床学习环境评价量表(CLES+T)并检验该量表的信度、效度,开发适合我国国情的临床学习环境评价工具。方法:遵循量表翻译程序,首先对量表进行翻译、回译及文化调试,确定中文版CLES+T量表,对345名临床实习护生进行测试,检验其信度和效度。结果:中文版CLES+T量表的内容效度指数为0.886,量表总Cronbach’sα系数为0.945,重测信度为0.793。结论:中文版临床学习环境评价量表简明易懂,具有良好的信度、效度,可以作为临床实习环境评价的工具。Objective: To translate the Clinical Learning Environment, Supervision and Nurse Teacher Evaluation Scale and test its reliability and validity. Methods: The Chinese version of Clinical Learning Environment, Supervision and Nurse Teacher Evaluation Scale was developed based on strict principle of translation, back- translation and cross-cultural adaptation. The reliability and validity were tested among 345 nursing students. Results: The content validity index(CVI) was 0.886, which indicated a desirable content validity. The coefficient of Cronbach's α was 0.945 and the test-retest reliability was 0.793. Conclusion: The Chinese version of Clinical Learning Environment, Supervision and Nurse Teacher Evaluation Scale has been proved to be valid and reliable. It is a valuable tool for evaluating the level of clinical learning environment.
