中文版临床学习环境评价量表的信度、效度检验

摘　　要：目的:汉化临床学习环境评价量表(CLES+T)并检验该量表的信度、效度,开发适合我国国情的临床学习环境评价工具。方法:遵循量表翻译程序,首先对量表进行翻译、回译及文化调试,确定中文版CLES+T量表,对345名临床实习护生进行测试,检验其信度和效度。结果:中文版CLES+T量表的内容效度指数为0.886,量表总Cronbach’sα系数为0.945,重测信度为0.793。结论:中文版临床学习环境评价量表简明易懂,具有良好的信度、效度,可以作为临床实习环境评价的工具。Objective： To translate the Clinical Learning Environment, Supervision and Nurse Teacher Evaluation Scale and test its reliability and validity. Methods： The Chinese version of Clinical Learning Environment, Supervision and Nurse Teacher Evaluation Scale was developed based on strict principle of translation, back- translation and cross-cultural adaptation. The reliability and validity were tested among 345 nursing students. Results： The content validity index（CVI） was 0.886, which indicated a desirable content validity. The coefficient of Cronbach＇s α was 0.945 and the test-retest reliability was 0.793. Conclusion： The Chinese version of Clinical Learning Environment, Supervision and Nurse Teacher Evaluation Scale has been proved to be valid and reliable. It is a valuable tool for evaluating the level of clinical learning environment.
